PETITION FOR MODIFICATION Under Section 439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14309 of 2025 dated 29.08.2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14309 of 2025, dated 29.08.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for modification of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition for 8 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14309 of 2025 dated 29.08.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall stay at Salem and they shall appear and 2/4

sign before the Inspector of Police, Shevapet Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
