Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 1st respondent in G.O. Ms. No.115, School Education Department, dated 30.05.2007 in so far as Clause 3 (iii) and the order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka. No. 30656/D2/E1/2010 dated 23.10.2013 and the consequential order passed by the 4th respondent in Na.Ka. No.3464/A7/2013 dated 21.11.2013 and quash the same and direct the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner as watchman from the date of appointment and confer all the consequential benefits. O R D E R
This Court, by order dated 15.03.2016, in W.P.(MD).No.7562 of 2014 directed the respondents herein to approve the appointment of the petitioner within a period of six weeks. Since the respondents herein have not complied with the same, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition.
2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, by producing the proceedings of the fourth respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.1513/A5/2014, dated 15.02.2017, submitted that the order passed in the writ petition has already been complied with and nothing survives in this contempt petition.
