The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court in W.P(MD)No.23583 of 2016, dated 05.08.2022, wherein this Court has directed the 1st respondent to conduct an enquiry and pass orders.

2. Accordingly, survey has been conducted in the presence of the petitioner and the 3rd respondent and an order has been passed on 05.12.2023. Since the order in the writ petition has been complied with, this Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
