ORDER:- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. M.Jagadeesh Pandian, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. A.Robinson Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondents No.1 and 2, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner/ appellant in Crl.A(MD) No.166 of 2019 dated 10.06.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner/ appellant has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD) No.166 of 2019 dated 10.06.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner/ appellant has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD) No.166 of 2019 dated 10.06.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner/ appellant shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
