PRAYER : This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the learned Principal District Judge, Madurai, to dispose the I.A.No.5 of 2020 in unnumbered O.S.No.--of 2020 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER
The matter has been listed today under the caption "for extension of time for trail Court".
2.By order, dated 06.12.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in I.A.No.5 of 2020 in unnumbered O.S.No.--of 2020, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Thereafter, on the request made by the Court below, this Court, vide order, dated 11.06.2025, had granted further time to comply with the order, dated 06.12.2024.
3.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.22, dated 02.01.2026, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further six months time to comply with the order, dated 06.12.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.
4.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, six months time is extended finally from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order, dated 06.12.2024. 30.01.2026 cmr To The Principal District Judge, Madurai.
