Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order or the 4th resopndent in O.Mu.No.506/A2/2012 dated 17.12.2012 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 3 and 4 herein to approve the petitioners appointment as BT Assistant (Maths) in the 5th respondents school w.e.f. 3.11.2011 with all attendant benefits including the arrears of salary and allowance.
