Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent in Ku.Aa. No.054/Nir8/PaO/Tha APoKa (Ku) Kumba/2024, dated 31.05.2024 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to settle terminal benefits to the petitioner.

ORDER:- This Writ Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Jegadees Balan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.K.Gokul, Government Advocate for the 1st respondent , this Court made the following order:

"The present application has been filed by the respondents in the writ petition seeking extension of time fixed by this Court for releasing the terminal benefits citing paucity of funds.

2.Considering the above said facts, time is extended till 30.04.2025. It is made clear that the petitioner management would be liable to pay interest for the belated disbursement of terminal benefits."
