Prayer: The petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondent herein for willful disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P.No.11312 of 2010 dated 13.02.2015 under the Contempt of Courts Act. Prayer for WP(MD)No.11312/2010:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issuance a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner in a suitable post on compassionate ground based on his educational qualification within a stipulated period as fixed.
