Prayer in WP(MD)No.3159/2014 :

Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, call for the records pertaining to the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No. 7470/A3/2013 dated 21.11.2013 and quash the same and further direct the 2nd respondent to endorse the transfer cum reliving proposal dated 17.09.2013 sent by the 4th respondent. Prayer in WP(MD)No. 8771/2014 :

Writ petition is filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus call for the records pertaining to the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No. 7408/A4/2013 dated 30.01.2014 and quash the same and further direct the 2nd respondent to approve transfer proposal sent by the 4th respondent dated 05.09.2013 and disburse alll service and monetary benefits to the petitioners with effect from 30.5.2013.

Prayer in WP(MD)No.8772/2014 :

Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, call for the records pertaining to the 2nd respondent in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Na.Ka.No. 7587/A5/2013 dated 09.12.2013 and quash the same and further direct the 2nd respondent to endorse the represented transfer cum reliving proposal dated 24.09.2013 sent by the 4th respondent and to pass such further or other orders. For Petitioner(in all cases) : Mr.S.Chellapandian For Respondents(in all cases) : Mrs.S.Bharathi, Government Advocate COMMON ORDER This Court, by a common order dated 30.06.2014, in W.P(MD) Nos.3159, 8771 and 8772 of 2014, directed the respondents therein, to approve the appointments of the respective petitioners as non teaching staff in the sanctioned posts and to disburse the monetary benefits arising out of such approval, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2.

Contending that the conduct exhibited by the respondents amounted to wilfull disobedience to the order passed by this Court, these Contempt Petitions have been filed. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the order dated 30.06.2014 made in W.P(MD)Nos.3159, 8771 and 8772 of 2014, is complied with and therefore, these contempt petitions may be closed. His submission is placed on record. 4.Nothing survives for adjudication, as the compliance has been reported. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed.
