ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petition mentioned vehicle was seized in connection with a case arising under the Essential Commodities act. In normal circumstances, this Court would readily grant the relief of interim custody. However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the second respondent informs the Court the petitioner is involved in two previous cases of similar nature. The details of previous cases have also been furnished.
