ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks addition of the petition mentioned survey number in the name of his vendor in the online chitta by considering his representation dated 09.02.2022.

3. The Tahsildar, Thiruparankundram, is directed to pass order on the petition mentioned representation. The learned Additional Government Pleader would point out that the said survey number had since become burial ground. If that be so, the Tahsildar, Thiruparankundram, shall pass an appropriate order and communicate the same to the petitioner, so that the petitioner can work out his remedy in the manner known to law. This exercise shall be done within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the Tahsildar, Thiruparankundram to pass an appropriate order one way or the other. The Tahsildar, Thiruparankundram shall put all the interested persons on notice before passing final order. 2/4
