Heard Mr.G.M.Xavier., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.D.Sivaraman, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent and Mr.A.P.Muthupandian, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents informs that the order dated 07.04.2016 in W.P.(MD)No.6824 of 2016 of this Court has now been complied with, after the Contempt Petition filed by the petitioner before this Court, which is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. An endorsement has also been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to that effect. 3.Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
