ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that nothing survives in this Writ Petition and the same has become infructuous. He seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
