ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to withdraw the lookout circular issued against the Petitioner in Crime No.47/2019, on the file of the second respondent. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has earlier filed a petition in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16676 of 2022 seeking the same relief and this Court, considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), who appeared for the respondents therein that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions imposed while granting anticipatory bail, dismissed the petition and also directed the respondent police to take necessary action for cancellation of bail before the concerned Court. He would further submit that the petitioner and one another have earlier filed a petition in Crl.

M.P(MD)No.3527 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.606 of 2022, seeking relaxation of conditions and this Court, vide order, dated 17.03.2022, relaxed the conditions and that therefore, the respondent police has wrongly represented that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the look out circular was issued by the first respondent and they have already submitted a requisition for extension of the same. 4.It is not in dispute that the petitioner was released on bail and the conditions imposed were already relaxed.

5.Considering the above, the first respondent is directed to take necessary steps to withdraw the look out circular and the petitioner is directed to file an undertaking affidavit before the second respondent and on such filing, the second respondent is directed to impose necessary conditions. 6.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
