Petition Presented to STAY the proceedings of the 4th Respondent in Na.Ka.No.4307/2014/Ka3 dated 19.11.2015 pending Writ Petition No.21894/15 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS to call for the records of the impugned order passed by the 2nd Respondent in Na.Ka.no.2027773/V9/2014 dated 10.07.15 and consequential impugned order passed by the 4th Respondent in Na.Ka.No.4307/2014/Ka3 dated 19.11.2015 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 3rd Respondent to reinstate the Petitioner in service with all attendance and monetary benefits.

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willfully disobeying the order of this court made in MP(MD)No.1 of 2015 in WP(MD)No.21894 of 2015, dated 08.12.2015. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the order of this court, dated 08.12.2015 made in MP (MD)No.1 of 2015 in WP(MD)No.21894 of 2015, has been complied with.
