Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings in O.Mu.No.8806/A1/2015 dated 09.07.2015 and quash the same and direct the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner as a Watchman from the date of appointment i.e. from 09.10.2014 with all the consequential benefits. This Court, by order dated 15.03.2016, in W.P.(MD).No.14095 of 2015 directed the respondents herein to approve the appointment of the petitioner within a period of six weeks. Since the respondents herein have not complied with the same, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition.

Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, by producing the proceedings of the second respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.1998/A1/2016, dated 15.02.2017, submitted that the order passed in the writ petition has already been complied with and nothing survives in this contempt petition.
