Contemnor/2nd Respondent Prayer:- Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act to punish the contemnor under the contempt of courts Act for his willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8346 of 2015, dated 24.07.2015. Prayer in CRL OP(MD). 8346/ 2015 :

Criminal original petition is filed under section 482 of the code of Criminal Procedure to direct the 3rd respondent to transfer the investigation in Cr. No. 82 of 2013 on the file of the 2nd respondent to the 3rd respondent for investigation and further direct the 3rd respondent police to conduct fair investigation and file charge sheet wtihin a stipualted period fixed by this Honoruable Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8346 of 2015, dated 24.07.2015. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that charge-sheet has been filed on 10.09.2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur and the same has not yet been taken on file.

4.Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur to take further action as per the earlier direction passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8346 of 2015.
