ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings in 1/4

A1/MC/22/2022 dated 16-05-2022, pending on the file of the 1st Respondent and set aside the same as illegal with regard to the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the above said proceedings have been closed on 10.05.2022.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), even after closure of the above said proceedings, the petitioner is not in a position to manage the grave yard. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the above said closure of the proceedings, he is at liberty to workout the remedy through appropriate proceedings through appropriate forum.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
