Prayer in WP(MD). 3290/ 2014 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 4th respondent District Educational Officer in vide Mu. Mu. No. 3301/A3/2013 dated 12.09.2013 in so far as it renders 3 secondary Gr ade Posts in the school as surplus (settling the Staff- fixation for the year 20132014) and the consequential deployment order issued by the 3rd Respondent Chief Educational officer vide Na.Ka. No. 8282/Aa2/2013 dated 31.01.2014 deploying one secondary grade teacher in the school viz., F. Thomas Rymani to the 5th Respondent school, Quash the same and further direct the 3rd and 4th Respondent to re- settle the staff strength of the petitioner-school in accordance with the provision of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009.

********** This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court made in W.P(MD)No.3290 of 2014, dated 20.11.2014.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate placing on record the order passed by the respondent, dated 04.10.2016, would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with.

3. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
