Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. I am happy to record that the construction works have already been completed and kumbabeshekam event is to be held on 11.03.2023, 12.03.2023 & 13.03.2023. It is made clear that everyone can take part and that there will not be any conferment of any honour on anybody.
