Heard both sides.
2.The petitioner seeks correction in the FMB sketch. The petitioner moved the District Revenue Officer, Theni. Vide order dated 07.09.2023, the petitioner's request has been negatived. Challenging the same, the present writ petition came to be filed. 3.A detailed order has been passed. I went through the same. It involves going into factual aspects. Evidence will have to be led. The Writ Court is not qualified to consider the issues raised by the petitioner. It would be better for the petitioner to move the jurisdictional Civil Court for relief.
