Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to settle the petitioners retirement benefits including Gratuity, Commutation of Pension, Leave Wages, Arrears of Monthly pension and Dearness Allowance payable to him along with monthly pension with reasonable rate of interest as per the settlement U/S 12(3) of ID act within the time that may be stipulated by this Honble Court.

ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court, dated 21.01.2016 made in W.P.(MD).No.22047/2015, has not been complied with by the respondents, the petitioner has come up with this Contempt Petition. 2.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that except the commutation of pension, all other terminal benefits has been disbursed to the petitioner.

3.Recording the said submission, the respondents are hereby directed to submit the proposal for commutation of pension to the Aministrator, Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation, Employees Pension Fund Trust, Thiruvalluvar Illam, Pallavansalai, Chennai - 600 002. The Administrator is directed to forward the same to the third respondent (in writ petition) and the third respondent shall pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
