Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 4th respondent District Educational Officer in O.Mu.No.2740/A2/2015 dated 27.06.2015 declining to approve the appointment of the petitioner as BT Assistant in English in the 6th and 7th respondent school, Quash the same, and further direct the 4th respondent District Educational officer to approve forthwith the appointment of the petitioner as BT Assistant in English in the 7th respondent school namely, veeramamunivar RC High School, Tenkasi, Tirunelveli District W.e.f 19.07.2013, and as BT Assistant in English in the 6th Respondent School namely Punitha Arulananthar High School, Agarakattu Tirunelveli District w.e.f.03.06.2014 with all attendant benefits including the arrears of salarly and allowances.

Today, when the Contempt Petition was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents jointly submitted that the Judgment of this Court dated 18.04.2016, made in W.A.(MD).No.628 of 2016 is complied with.
