ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 and their officials not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent, CSR No.606 of 2022 came to be registered and that after enquiry, the parties were directed to approach the civil Court to sort out their issues. Hence, the complaint was ordered to be closed.
3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
