[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the illegal encroachments made by the fifth respondent on Pottalpudur Bus Stand, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 18.09.2017, within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 made a submission

that the petitioner's grievance has been redressed and nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. Recording the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
