The petitioner, with a grievance that the respondents are attempting to trespass into his agricultural land and to lay a electric line across his agricultural land, has filed this writ petition in the year 2018

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Board submits that they have not laid any electric line in the petitioner's patta land and the line has been drawn on the agricultural field boundaries.
