The learned Government Advocate appearing for the contemnor / respondent submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by considering the representation of the petitioner.

3.The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is beyond the scope of this contempt petition. This Court by reading the order of the contemnor accepts that this order is in compliance of the direction of this Court. Hence, the contempt petition is closed. No costs.
