O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the Respondent for his willful, deliberate and intentional false information given before this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.13412 of 2016, dated 01.08.2016.

2.According to the petitioner, on the date of passing order, the injured person was taking treatment as Inpatient and the respondent police has given a false information to the Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the injured person has been discharged from the hospital. In the circumstances, he has come out with this petition to punish the respondent.

this Court that the accused persons were attacked the petitioner with hands and threatening him with dire consequences. He submitted that there is no serious injury. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and his submission that there is no serious injury, this Court granted anticipatory bail to the accused. There is no misrepresentation made before this Court.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondent.

5.From the records, it is seen that the petitioner was attacked by the accused persons with hands and threatened him with dire consequences. There is no serious injury caused to the petitioner and the respondent police has not given false information to the Government Advocate (Crl.side) and only by typographical error instead of typing as simple injury is caused, it has been typed as injured person discharged from the hospital. 6.In view of the same, the contempt petition is dismissed.
