unmarried women crossing 50 years of age or handicapped to the petitioner with suitable compensation.

When the writ petition is taken up for hearing today, Mr.S.Mihar Ali [Ms/2058/2021], learned Counsel representing the Counsel on record for the petitioner, submitted that the relief sought in this petition for has become infructuous.
