This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.617 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that after completion of investigation, the first respondent has filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Otanchathiram and that the same was taken on file as S.T.C.No.438 of 2022.
