Respondent/2nd Respondent PRAYER: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971, to issue summons to the respondent and punish him in accordance with law for his willful disobedience of the order of this Hon'ble Court made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.23453 of 2015 dated 10.12.2015.

This Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the 2nd respondent, the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Tiruchirappalli, to recover the Jewels connected with the case in Cr.No. 29/2015 lying with the IIFL No. 1 Tollgate Branch Tiruchirappalli in the name of accused (Jegadeesan Loan Ac.Nos. 959433, 959236, Raja Loan account Nos. 986004, 986110 and Petitioner loan ac.no. 2196943) and produce the same before the Judicial Magistrate Court No. III, Tiruchirappalli with in a time frame fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

This Contempt petition is filed to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience of the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P (MD)No.23453 of 2015 dated 10.12.2015.

2.It is stated by the learned Government Advocate that this Court has passed an order of Stay of further proceedings in Crl.M.P (MD)No.3156 of 2016 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6347 of 2016 filed by one Dhanraj for quashing the criminal complaint in Cr.No.29 of 2015. He further stated that only by virtue of interim stay granted by this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court, there was no further progress in the investigation, pursuant to the complaint given by the writ petitioner in W.P(MD)No.309 of 2017.

3.This Court is unable to find any ground for proceeding against the respondent in this contempt petition. No willful disobedience is established in this case so as to prosecute the respondent in the contempt petition.
