Contemnor/2nd Respondent PRAYER: This Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to issue statutory notices to the contemnor and while dealing with in accordance with the law, award maximum punishment to the contemnor for the willful disobedience in complying with the direction of this Court passed in W.P(MD)No.21974 of 2015 dated 09.12.2015.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the respondents to grant the petitioner 4th and 5th review benefits and revise his pay in the post of Checking Inspector with retrospective effect from 01.09.2010 in terms of Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.61 Transport(C1)Department dated 30.04.2015 and as per 12

(3) settlement dated 22.01.2011 and further directing the respondents to pay the petitioner difference amount in his salary https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ from 01.09.2010 to 31.03.2013 and to pay difference in petitioner's retirement benefits including difference in montly pension,

gratuity, leave salary, Commuted Value of Pension and all other attendant benefits payable to the petitioner from 01.08.2013, 01.07.2013 & 31.03.2013 to till date together with interest at the rate of 18% per annum.
