O R D E R

This petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent and punish him for the willful disobedience of the order of this court made in Crl.O.P(MD) No.14116 of 2016, dated 08.08.2016.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that as per the direction of this court, on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 23.07.2016, petition enquiry was conducted and closed by the respondent police and closure report was also served to the petitioner.
