O R D E R

This petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent and punish him for the willful disobedience of the order of this court made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14116 of 2016, dated 08.08.2016.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that as per the direction of this court, on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and closed and when the respondent wanted to serve notice to the petitioner, the petitioner is not residing in the address given in the complaint and the respondent obtained a certificate from the Village Administrative Officer, West Madurai, Madurai West Taluk and one Pushpavalli, the mother-in-law of the petitioner also gave a statement stating that she did not know the present residential address of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
