ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the Learned IInd Additional District Judge (PCR court) Tirunelveli, to accept the surrender of the Petitioner and consider his bail application on the same day on merits in relating to crime No.38 of 2023 dated 05.03.2023.

2. The petitioner is the accused No.1 in Crime No.38 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 506(i) of IPC r/w 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) of SC / ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 2015.

3. Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), accepts notice for the respondents 1 and 2. He would further submitted that there are four previous cases pending against the petitioner. Considering the bad antecedents, the earlier petition was dismissed.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) and since there is no change in circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
