ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J. NISHA BANU, J.) The Writ of Habeas Corpus has been instituted to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to secure and produce the minor detenu namely Ramana, aged about 15 years.

2.Mr.V.P.Raja, the Special Sub Inspector of Police, Palanichettipatti Police Station, Theni District secured the minor detenu and produced him before this Court.

3.We have examined the detenu. He is a minor. At present, the minor detenu states that he is willing to go with his father/the petitioner. 4.Since the detenue has been secured and he also agreed to go with his father, no further orders are necessary in this petition. 2/4
