: Respondents PRAYER: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act to punish the contemnors for their wilful disobedience towards the order of this Hon'ble Court dated 26.06.2015 passed in W.P(MD)No.10589 of 2015. Prayer in WP(MD). 10589/ 2015 :

the Respondents 6 and 7 herein Plot No. 25, Jeba nagar, Vasanthapuram South Street, Melapalayam Post, Tirunelveli - 627 005 and to demolish the same in accordance with Section 56 and 57 read with Section 85 of the Tamilnadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 and Sections 272, 274, 284, 296 and 297 of the Tirunelveli City Municipal Corporation Act 1994. ********** This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court made in W.P(MD)No.10589 of 2015, dated 26.06.2015. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader placing on record the order passed by the respondents, dated 06.10.2016, would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with.
