ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to dispose the execution petition in E.P.No.7 of 2025 in O.S.No.271 of 2019 on the file of the learned Additional District Court, Dindigul.

2. Considering the limited relief that is being granted, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. The Hon'ble Supreme Court in the judgment reported in 2025 INSC 329 in the case of Periyammal (Dead) through Lrs & Ors. v. V. Rajamani And Anr. Etc., had held that the Execution Petition initiated be disposed of within a period of six months. In the present case, the Execution Petition, admittedly had been filed in the year 2025 and 2/4

therefore, there shall be a direction to the learned Additional District Judge, Dindigul to dispose of the EP.No.7 of 2025 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
