These contempt petitions have been filed for punishing the respondent for having not obeyed the order of this Court dated 29.04.2015 passed in W.P.(MD) Nos.7357 and 7358 of 2015.

2. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate that the common order passed by this Court has been duly complied with and a final order has already been passed on the proceedings dated 30.08.2005. A copy of the proceedings dated 17.11.2016 has been produced before this Court.

3. In view of the above submission, these Contempt Petitions are closed. No costs. If the petitioner is still aggrieved by the said order, it is open to him to challenge the same before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
