This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court made in W.P.(MD).No.8256 of 2016, dated 27.04.2016. 2.The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that as against the order passed in W.P.(MD). No.8256 of 2016, dated 27.04.2016, writ appeal in W.A.(MD).No.867 of 2016 has been filed. By the order, dated 04.05.2016, the Division Bench of this Court has modified the order and permitting the petitioner herein to participate in the remaining examination. 3.In view of the order, dated 04.05.2016 passed in the Writ Appeal modifying the order passed by this Court in the Writ petition, the present Contempt petition cannot lie and therefore, the same is dismissed as not maintainable.
