Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the learned (*) Principal District and Sessions Judge, Karur to accept the surrender of the petitioner and consider her bail application on the same day on merits in relating to Crime No.374 of 2023 dated 08.07.2023. (*)Amended as per order of this Court dated 29/08/2023 made in CRL MP (MD)NO.11817 of 2023 in CRL OP(MD)No.13031 of 2023. ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous petition is coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. M.Karunanithi, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, Government Advocate (Crl. Side), for the respondents No.1 and 2, this Court made the following order:

"This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply with the condition prescribed in the order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.13031 of 2023 dated 20.07.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce the sureties, since the petitioner is unable to execute sureties, within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order in Crl.O.P (MD) No.13031 of 2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order."
