ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct detail and thorough enquiry / investigation on the Compliant 9.10.2024 and 10.10.2024 of the petitioner (given through registered post) and provide a copy of complete enquiry report to the petitioner in term of law laid down by Honble Supreme Court of India in case of Lalitha Kumarai Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2014 (2) SCC 1 2/5

2. In continuation to the earlier passed by this Court vide order dated 18.11.2024, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 to 5 has produced the grade sheets of the petitioner for the month of March 2023, August 2023, February 2024 and August 2024 and the same has been handed over to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and he has also acknowledged the same.

3. In view of the same the prayer of the petitioner is complied with.
