ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the learned Additional Mahila Court (Judicial Magistrate) Court, Sivagangai to dispose the CC No.21/2021 in Crime No.12/2020 within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.) submitted that in this case, the trial has commenced and P.W.1 to P.W.4 were examined. During the trial one of the first accused went abscond. Hence, warrant was issued against him. According to the learned Government Advocate, that first accused has went abroad.

3. In view of the above submission, effective steps has to be taken by the trial Court to secure the first accused and proceed to conclude the trial within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
