ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under sections 498(A) and 406 of I.P.C. and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, in Crime No.not known of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.19588 of 2019 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent submitted that the petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of seven days. If the respondent intends to register an First Information Report against the petitioners, the respondent shall issue notice under Section 41 A of Cr.P.C. to the petitioners. This arrangement is directed so as to give breathing time to the petitioners to move this Court for the relief. 4.Subject to this direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
