Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 5 to initiate resumption proceedings in respect of the land measuring about 2 acres 68 cents in S.No.415/4 of Thimmarasanaickanoor Village, situatein T.Subbulapuram, Aundipatty Taluk, Theni District from the 6th respondent in WP(MD).20188 to 20212 of 2017 and 3rd Respondent in WP(MD).2002 of 2015 and utilize the same for public purpose most probably to provide house sites to eligibile Adidravidars like the petitioner.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in these writ petitions, which are filed as 'Public Interest Litigations', on instructions would submit that the petitioners had given letters for withdrawal and accordingly, he had also filed memos of withdrawal.
2. This Court heard the submissions of Mr.K.P.Krishnadoss, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 and Mr.M.S.Balasubramania Iyer, learned counsel appearing for the sixth respondent.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners also undertakes to send e.mail to the Registry for withdrawal of these writ petitions.

4. In the light of the same, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
