Civil Miscellaneous Appeal filed under Section 30 of the Employee Compensation Act, to direct the Commissioner of Labour, Dindigul not to disburse the deposited amount towards the order of the Commissioner of Labour, Dindigul dated 26.07.2022 in WC No.55 of 2017, till the disposal of this Appeal. ORDER : This civil miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.ILANGO, Advocate for the petitioner, while admitting the civil miscellaneous appeal, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner / Insurance Company submitted that the petitioner has already deposited the entire award amount with proportionate interest and costs before the Commissioner of Labour, Dindigul.

2. Herd the learned counsel appearing of the petitioner.
