Prayer in WP(MD). 5899/ 2013 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the 1st respondent in Thu.Pa.1704/11 dated 28.07.2011 and quash the same as illegal, uncompetent and without jurisdiction and further direct the 2nd respondent to return the document No.4710/11 to the petitioner herein.

The Contempt Petition is filed for non compliance of the order passed by this Court, dated 01.07.20115 in W.P.(MD).No. 5899 of 2013.

3. Recording the above said submission, the Contempt Petition is closed.
