PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court may be pleased to punish the respondent for having willfully disobeying the order of this Court passed in W.M.P.(MD) No.12525 of 2016 in W.P.(MD) No.17248 of 2016 dated 12.09.2016. Prayer in WMP(MD)No.12525/2016:- To grant an order of interim stay pursuant to the impugned proceedings in Na.Ka.No.H3/56412/2012-02 dated 08/09/2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent pending disposal of the above Writ Petition.

Prayer in WP(MD)No.17248 of 2016:- Writ Petition is fled under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the 2nd respondent herein in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.H3/56412/2012-02 dated 08.09.2016 and to quash the same. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly conceded that the respondent is complied with the order of this Court dated 12.09.2016, made in W.M.P.(MD) No.12525 of 2016 in W.P.(MD) No.17248 of 2016 in full. The learned Government Advocate has produced a copy of the proceedings of the respondent namely Joint Director, Kallar Reclamation, Madurai in e.f.vz;.vr.;2/56412/201202> dated 02.06.2017. 3.Recording the statement of both sides and taking into account the order passed by respondent dated 02.06.2017, this Contempt Petition is closed.
