PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court may be pleased to punish the respondent for having willfully disobeying the order of this Court passed in W.M.P.(MD) No.12526 of 2016 in W.P.(MD) No.17249 of 2016 dated 12.09.2016. Prayer in WMP(MD)No.12526/2016:- To grant an order of Interim Stay pursuant to the impugned proceedings in Na.Ka.No.H3/56412/2012-01 dated 08/09/2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent pending disposal of the above WP and thus render justice.

Prayer in WP(MD)No.17249/2016:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certorari to call for the records of the 2nd respondent herein in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.H3/56412/2012-01 dated 08.09.2016 and to quash the same. For Petitioner : Mr.G.Chandrasekar.
