ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner's husband was a quarry lease holder. The lease period is still in subsistence. However, the petitioner's husband passed away. The petitioner has submitted an application to the first respondent seeking permission for continuing to run the quarry. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law and pass final order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel representing the petitioner's daughter-in-law and grandchild submitted that they should also be heard before the first respondent and pass order. The first respondent is directed to issue notice to the daughter-in-law of the petitioner before passing final order. The petitioner as well as the daughter-in-law shall appear before the first respondent on 04.01.2023 at 04.00 p.m. 2/4

4. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
